What started as a hobby project between classes grew into a platform we build on every day with full conviction.
A side project alongside studies
In 2021, Michan van der Hoek started building a monitoring tool he actually wanted to use himself, at Hoornbeeck College, alongside his Software Development studies. No grand plan, no investors, just curiosity and the drive to build something real. After graduating, Arjan den Hartog joined to strengthen the development side. Not long after, Noah van den Broek came aboard with a focus on marketing. Together, we settled on a name that ties it all together: iPulse.
Three builders, one direction
We work mainly from our school building in Ede, thinking things through together, supporting each other, and each taking ownership of what we do best. Arjan on development and design, Noah on marketing, Michan on product and strategy. That structure isn't just practical. It's how we grow: as individuals, as friends, and as a company.
Giving businesses the peace of mind they deserve
Our goal is to support as many companies as possible in keeping their digital infrastructure in order, and to alert them the moment something seems off. We're not a traditional IT firm. We're a new generation of developers with a fresh perspective, and we believe that's exactly what makes us different. Personal, valuable, ambitious.
PulseGuard at the center of everything
We believe in focus. PulseGuard is our main product, a platform powerful enough to serve agencies and serious businesses alike. The other tools we build strengthen that story, either as standalone products or as extensions that make PulseGuard even more complete. Doing ten things halfway was never the plan.
